I couldn’t find an ensemble-murder-mystery-comedy for the 1960s. A Shot In The Dark came closest, but it’s not available to stream for free anywhere and when I’ve been working on finally going through all the movies I’ve bought over the years it didn’t feel right to pay for anything extra.
So we’re in the 1970s. Murder By Death seemed great, and was actually recommended by my best friend, but it’s also not available to stream anywhere.
The Beast Must Die, however, is on Amazon and it’s the only movie I’ve ever heard of that is an nsemble-murder-mystery-comedy-horror! Seemed so perfect for me!
Unfortunately, it bored me and I didn’t finish it. The score was the only good part.
Bottom Line: Huge disappointment.
